On the occasion of World Hospital Pharmacy Day, we attended the 14th Symposium of the Section of Clinical Pharmacists

The symposium brought together clinical and hospital pharmacists, community pharmacy pharmacists and other experts in the fields of pharmacy, healthcare and medicine. The central topic of this year's meeting was the geriatric patient - an area that requires special attention, in-depth knowledge and close cooperation between various professions.

At the symposium, we were very pleased to present a new manual for caring for a relative in the home environment, which was created as part of our company's socially responsible initiative. The manual is the result of the collaboration of many colleagues - employees from various departments, as well as family doctors, nurses and experts in the field of pharmacy, participated in its preparation. It is intended to help relatives who care for a family member or loved one who cannot take care of themselves in their home environment.

We would like to thank the organizers for the excellently organized event and all participants for the interesting conversations and pleasant company. We look forward to new meetings and further cooperation.
