Professional and personal development

Sanolabor places great emphasis on the education and training of employees. We offer various professional training programmes and education of your choice. The internal portal "Sanolabor Academy of Knowledge" provides employees with access to over 100 different contents.

Promoting health in the workplace

We organise guided workouts for our employees within the scope of our company and through external providers. Everyone can choose the tools and devices for maintaining and strengthening health in the workplace. We offer fresh seasonal fruit on a daily basis.

Sporting and clutural activities within the Sanolabor Sports and Cultural Association

We organise various internal sporting and cultural activities for our employees and encourage them to participate in major external sports events (we cover the costs of registration fees, sportswear, etc.).

Insurance

After one year of permanent employment, employees are included in the collective supplementary pension scheme with the Prva Osebna Zavarovalnica insurance company. Upon signing an employment contract, they are also insured against accidents at all times – 24 hours a day.

We are aware that good interaction is crucial for every successful team. That's why we organise various gatherings for employees, team-building events, picnics, trips, parties, charity events, etc.

Events for the children of employees and pensioners

We make the children of our employees happy in December by presenting gifts and arranging a visit from Grandfather Frost. We also provide gifts and organise a pre-New Year's socialising event with our retired employees.
