Professional and personal development

Sporting and clutural activities within the Sanolabor Sports and Cultural Association  

We organise various internal sporting and cultural activities for our employees and encourage them to participate in major external sports events (we cover the costs of registration fees, sportswear, etc.).

Insurance

After one year of permanent employment, employees are included in the collective supplementary pension scheme with the Prva Osebna Zavarovalnica insurance company. Upon signing an employment contract, they are also insured against accidents at all times – 24 hours a day.
